1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
  • Accessories or intimate wear due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
